BEE CERTIFICATES

Compliance to the BEE regulations are becoming increasingly relevant for the success of your

On 7 Dec 2011 BEE compliance will become compulsory for all government contracts and this has a direct impact on all entities in the economy to also comply to the BEE regulations.

Entities with a turnover under R5mil (Exempted Micro Entities)

Fee per certificate R650 without VAT (NO AUDIT REQUIRED)

Entities with a turnover between R5mil and R35mil (Qualified Small Enterprises)

Fee per certificate between R6850 and R10500 without VAT

(dependant on the amount of employees) (REQUIRES A BEE AUDIT)

Entities with a turnover between R35mil and R50mil (Generic Enterprises)

Fee per certificate between R12500 and R20500 without VAT

(dependant on the amount of employees) (REQUIRES A BEE AUDIT)

Entities with a turnover greater than R50mil (Large Generic Enterprises)

Fee for certificate per quotation (REQUIRES A BEE AUDIT)
